1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to phvet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and phvet ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phvet website located at phvet.cam and all related services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the phvet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

phvet reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or an on-site notification. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and participate in any gambling activity on phvet. This requirement is strictly enforced in accordance with Philippine law and the regulations set forth by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated funds may be forfeited pending investigation.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

phvet primarily serves players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering. We do not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

2.3 Account Registration

• Each individual may maintain only one (1) account on phvet. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, valid government-issued ID details, date of birth, and contact information.
• phvet reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method.
• Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. phvet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify phvet immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phvet currently accepts the following payment methods for Filipino players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• Banks: BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, UnionBank of the Philippines, Metrobank
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (Tether)

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱) unless a cryptocurrency option is selected. Currency conversion rates for USDT transactions will apply at the time of processing.

3.2 Deposit Policy

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider.
• phvet does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

3.3 Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.
• You must have wagered a minimum of the total deposit amount before a withdrawal can be processed (standard playthrough requirement).
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• phvet reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals as part of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

phvet is committed to complying with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. We may report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by law. Users are prohibited from using phvet for any money laundering or financial crime activity.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by phvet are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods as stated at the time the offer is made. These Terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements differ per promotion and will be clearly communicated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute less.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

phvet maintains active monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Actions considered abusive include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to circumvent wagering requirements ("bonus hedging"), and exploiting promotional errors. phvet reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings and to suspend or permanently close accounts found engaging in bonus abuse.

4.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

phvet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any unclaimed bonus at the time of cancellation will be forfeited.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

phvet offers a wide range of online casino games, live dealer games, slot machines, sports betting (including PBA, NBA, and international football), e-sports, fishing games, bingo, and more. Each game category is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the respective game interface.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring fair and unpredictable results.
• Live dealer game results are determined in real-time by physical game elements and are recorded for audit purposes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, all affected bets will be voided and refunded. phvet bears no liability for interrupted play due to internet connectivity issues on the user's end.
• The use of bots, automated betting scripts, or any third-party software designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Collusion between players, whether in poker or any other game, is a violation of these Terms and is grounds for account closure and forfeiture of funds.

6. Responsible Gaming

phvet is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We encourage you to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits through your account settings.

• Players who feel they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use our self-exclusion tools available in the account settings panel.
• Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed within its designated period.
• Gambling is intended to be an entertainment activity. Never bet more than you can afford to lose, and do not use borrowed funds for gambling.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the phvet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the property of phvet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any platform content without prior written consent from phvet.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software used in the platform.
• Use phvet's trademarks, logos, or brand assets without explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

phvet provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• phvet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform.
• phvet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• phvet is not responsible for the content of any third-party websites linked to or from the platform.
• Our total liability to any user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

phvet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations

Upon account closure, any pending withdrawals of legitimately won funds (i.e., funds not associated with bonus abuse or fraudulent activity) will be processed after the completion of any ongoing investigation. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure does not waive any obligations you may have incurred under these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manila, Philippines, unless otherwise resolved through the dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
